If you ever visit his office, you can even see Tuey’s Pre-School diploma stating his name “Tuey Amos.”. Born in High Point, NC, Tuey Amos has been a Raleigh resident since moving to Raleigh to attend N.C. State University in 1988. After earning his undergraduate degree from N.C.
